ircspeak v0.2 released

ircspeak is a simple script for the sirc or ksirc IRC clients which feeds
IRC chat into the Festival speech synthesis system.

I've uploaded v0.2 to http://omnipotent.net/ircspeak/

This version adds auto spell correction and adds hundreds of entries to
the word substitution table.

It also corrects a few niggles from the previous version and adds a new
command (/reread) which lets you edit the word tables in the script and
reload them without having to disconnect/reconnect to the IRC server.
