Well, some of these should be usable filters.... heheh....
(btw: all of this stuff is in the debian package "filters", dunno if
there's one for redhat)

Yeah, will definately have to add an option to specify a filter through
which to pipe stuff from /dev/speech on its way to the synth :)

heh... try catting this to /dev/speech (btw, it pronounces "---------" as
"line of hyphens")
